The Court found in favour of the online casinos firm and ordered that its connection be reinstated immediately. At present, the Court’s decision applies strictly to Astrabet alone. However, several upcoming litigations involve online casinos based and licensed in Malta. Analysts say that the Astrabet ruling could result in several class actions being put forward to reinstate access to all of Malta’s online casinos.
